Hello everybody!

Here I come with another option of e-fashion for you! FashionMe is a online store from Hong Kong that promises to make you look your best in fashion with accessible prices. Oh well, who doesn't want it, right?

I like this store because they thought about all kinds of woman: active, independent, upbeat, ambitious, fashion lover, working girl and/or mom and wife. So they offer a wide variety of styles, since office clothes to summer dresses. I believe representativeness is always important in life so I admire FashionMe initiative.

Right now we are less than one month away from Fall/Autumn and here in Hamburg (Germany) is starting to be cold again. Some days the average temperature is around 15ºC.  So it's time to take out our warmer clothes again and to update our closets. 

FashionMe is already ready for Autumn with many new items so I had a look in their website and they have many stylish hoodies to who prefers to keep a casual look. There are options that are more fluffy for full comfort, other options with quotes for a funny look and options of neutral style to who doesn't want to be in the center of attentions. It came to me the opportunity to know a little bit more about the e-shop Popreal (and as you all know, I'm addicted to online shopping haha) so I came here to show you a little bit about this online store.

Popreal has a lot of differences between the other e-shops that I already showed here in the blog. First, it offers fashion boutique for newborn baby, toddler, kids clothing and accessories. So now all the mommies who visits the blog to check news from e-shops can now have the option of buying clothes and accessories for their children and for themselves. Second, this is the first Malaysian e-shop that we have here in the blog, so let's get more international!

Popreal believes that making smart and easy choices are one and the same, so their website is very intuitive and easy to navigate.

As I always do, I chose some options for you from the website so you can see better what you can find there. There is a huge amount of cute clothes, like these cute newborn dresses (some of them are on sale right now):

One thing about this website that is new for me it's that the have brothers and sisters matching outfits. Usually you see matching outfits for mother and daughter or father and son, so I think it's pretty cool that they have matching clothes for bother and sister. Look how cute they are:

So let's get to the important part: the prices. The prices are very nice, really. You can change the currency for your country in the left top of the page, but just to give you an idea: you can find a lot of beautiful clothes for less than $10! They even have a section with only pieces costing under $9.99. You can pay through PayPal and to me this is one of the best option of online payment. Also, there's free shipping for orders higher than $69 (USA) or higher than $89 (for other countries).

And here I'm again with another e-shop for you to know better! This time, this e-store is different from the others that I showed you here: it is from Australia. The company has been around for more than 8 years, having a lot of experience in the business of woman apparel.

They have a great connection with their customers as they share pictures of people who are wearing their clothes or accessories. They even hold a look contest with the photos every two weeks and the winner gets 1000 credit points to use in their website and $50 in coupons! I don't know about you but this seems a great deal to me because this contest is not something that happens only one time so you have a lot of chances to win.

Minha transição capilar

Antes e depois!

Quem me segue pelas redes sociais já percebeu que agora estou com meu cabelo cacheado. Alisei meu cabelo desde meus 12 anos. É aquela coisa, o alisamento me "salvou" das piadas de mal gosto das crianças que me magoavam tanto. Só que eu não me lembrava mais de como eu era. Eu ficava mal quando minha raiz crescia e fazia de tudo para que meu cabelo """ruim""" não aparecesse, mesmo que eu já não soubesse como ele era de fato, afinal fazia tanto tempo que eu não o via natural. 

A última vez que alisei foi em agosto de 2014, alguns dias antes de viajar para os Estados Unidos para meu intercâmbio de um ano. Eu estava com 20 anos, ou seja, 8 anos de alisamento sem parar. Nem preciso dizer que meu cabelo era super seco e quebrado né. Os meses começaram a passar lá e a raiz começou a aparecer. Então dá-lhe fazer chapinha em cima de chapinha. Chegou a um ponto de ter crescido tanto que eu lavava o cabelo quase uma vez por semana porque tinha que fazer chapinha sempre depois de lavar e eu estava levando quase 2 horas para alisar todo cabelo (tenho muita cabelo haha). Chegou ao ponto de eu fazer chapinha enquanto assistia um filme, assim ficava "menos pior" ter que perder esse tempo. Em dezembro, cheguei a cortar 4 dedos de cabelo porque ele estava acabado. Depois disso, comecei a achar que a situação estava ficando ridícula. 

A foto de agosto foi na semana em que cheguei no EUA, já as de dezembro são de como estava minha raiz na época e logo depois do meu corte de 4 dedos de pontas quebradas e duplas.

Depois das festas e viagem de Ano Novo, tentei aceitar mais meu cabelo. Ele estava assim, já praticamente metade alisado e metade natural, sem alisamento. Quando eu tinha coragem/preguiça, eu saía sem chapinha mesmo.

Foi em maio de 2015 que comecei a aceitar meu cabelo com tudo mesmo. Aproveitei que ia mudar de cidade para fazer estágio, já que quase nada é melhor do que uma mudança de local para mudar quem você é haha. Eu deixei de fazer chapinha por completo. Minha raiz já estava cobrindo cerca de 2/3 do cabelo inteiro. Passei a fazer babyliss nas pontas para tentar igualar o cabelo. 

A primeira foto foi duas semanas assim que eu me mudei. Na segunda, dá pra perceber o babyliss na ponta do cabelo. Já as fotos de julho era como eu ia para meu estágio, fazia babyliss nas pontas de manhã mas no fim do dia já tinha saído tudo haha

E foi assim que fui embora dos EUA, após um ano de transição. Essa foto foi tirada na minha última semana lá.

Assim que voltei pro Brasil, escolhi deixar meu cabelo crescer um pouco mais antes de cortar as pontas alisadas. Tenho sorte que meu cabelo cresce relativamente rápido, então cortei todas as pontas um pouco depois do eu aniversário, em dezembro. Foi no mesmo salão em que passei anos alisando o cabelo. Fiquei tão feliz quando a dona/cabeleireira super me apoiou e me parabenizou.

A primeira foto foi duas semanas antes de fazer o corte. A segunda, uma semana depois. A última é como meu cabelo está crescendo natural. Não tenho nenhuma que eu considere boa de agora. Preciso atualizar minhas fotos do cabelo, afinal já já é dezembro haha

E foi essa minha jornada de voltar ao natural, a ser quem eu realmente sou. Achei que fosse mais fácil ter cabelo naturalmente cacheado, mas tem dias que dá vontade de desistir haha. Passo meia hora ajeitando os cachos depois do banho. Tenho que proteger o cabelo enquanto durmo se quiser que ele fique direitinho pro dia seguinte. Tenho que me preocupar com frizz, pior coisa do mundo cacheado. Tenho que prender ele às vezes porque fica quente. A parte boa é que aprendi mil coisas sobre cabelo que eu jamais imaginei que existiam. 

Enfim, dá um trabalhão haha. É muito mais fácil pagar centenas de reais a cada 3 meses e só passar a escova depois do banho e quando acorda. Mas nada paga a sensação de olhar no espelho e saber que aquela é você de verdade e que você e seu cabelo são lindos sim, curando as feridas do passado. ♥

Vamos voltar? Vamos!

Gente, não sei mais quantas vezes eu já deixei o blog e já voltei haha

Vamos lá tentar voltar mais uma vez. Acho que essa última pausa foi a maior de todas, afinal fiquei fora do blog de fato por mais de um ano, assim que voltei do meu intercâmbio. Desde lá aconteceram muitas coisas. Já defendi meu TCC, aderi à "moda" de aceitar meu cabelo cacheado (moda boa essa que faz com que nos aceitemos como somos né, todas deveriam ser assim) e já vou terminar a faculdade neste final de ano, tanto que sou a Presidente da Comissão de Formatura!

Enfim, muita coisa aconteceu e ainda acontece, por isso vou voltar pro blog para contar um pouco da minha vida e dar dicas de produtos super legais que estou descobrindo para o cabelo, maquiagem e roupas também. 

Estou ansiosa por estar de volta. E vocês? ♥

Viajando com a Avianca

Vim fazer esse post para vocês conhecerem um pouco mais sobre a Avianca Linhas Aéreas. Não é publieditorial nem nada, só quero compartilhar a boa experiência que venho tendo com a empresa.

Ano passado, quando me mudei para os Estados Unidos, viajei de Avianca para lá, fazendo conexão por Bogotá. A empresa é colombiana, por isso sua sede fica em Bogotá, fazendo com que os voos façam conexão ou escala por lá. Quando eu voltei no último final de semana, fui com a Avianca passando pelo mesmo caminho. 

O serviço da empresa é muito bom em relação a voos internacionais. 

Todas as poltronas, seja primeira classe ou econômica, tem uma tv na frente, onde você pode assistir filmes, séries, ouvir música, jogar alguns jogos e acompanhar o seu voo, tudo de graça! Além de ter muitaaas opções.

Foram oferecidos nos dois voos (um de Miami para Bogotá e outro de Bogotá para Fortaleza) um kit com travesseiro e um cobertor.

O que eu considerei como diferencial foi a alimentação. Eles lhe entregam realmente uma refeição. No primeiro voo eu pude escolher entre carne ou massa. Meu prato de carne veio com legumes, alguns grãos que deduzo serem típicos da Colômbia, pão e uma sobremesa. No segundo voo, as opções eram ovos mexidos ou waflles, já que era o café da manhã. Os ovos vieram com frios, pão e frutas.

Jantar no primeiro voo. Tinha até vinho, sem pagar nada a mais.

O serviço da Avianca é muito bom, sem contar os preços baixos. Na ida, paguei cerca de $400 e agora na volta, cerca de $485 (a maioria dos voos era acima de $800). Sem contar que o voo da volta só durou 13h, enquanto tinham outros que duravam mais de 20h.

Realmente recomendo a Avianca para quem for viajar pelo continente americano. Vale a pena. Além disso, quem quiser pesquisar voos baratos, eu uso o site Skyscanner. Ele dá opções mais baratas do que todos os outros que eu já vi. 

De volta ao Brasil!

Já voltei para minha terrinha, meu Brasil, na minha cidade Fortaleza. Cheguei ontem, dia 23 de agosto. Fui recepcionada pela minha família de manhã e de noite reencontrei meus amigos. 

Sumi do blog porque meu namorado foi morar comigo em Iowa no mês de agosto e na última semana antes de voltar pra cá, nós viajamos para Orlando e Miami. Era muita coisa ao mesmo tempo para conciliar com o blog.

Mas agora, estou de volta!

Mais um parque em Des Moines

Duas semanas atrás, eu fui visitar um parque que tem no quarteirão ao lado do meu prédio. É um parque bem pequeno, mas muito bem cuidado. Diversas esculturas estão espalhadas por ele, algo comum em Des Moines, pelo o que eu percebi.

Infelizmente não sei o nome do parque. Não tinha escrito lá e nem encontro na internet. Mas de qualquer modo, é muito agradável viver em uma cidade com tantos parques e arte. ♡
